The SECOND manual is my LEAN FAST Guide.

This dives into everything you need to know about eating for your body and goals WITHOUT counting calories or macros, without restricting or eliminating your favorite foods, and WITHOUT the stress!

This will also give you meal examples, the basics of Intermittent Fasting and Carb Cycling, tips for eating out, grocery lists, and more!
