We all have a story.

Maybe yours is similar to mine. Maybe yours is far from it. Either way, both of our stories are important and matter in this world...


In 2009, when I almost died of anorexia, I had lost 30% of my bodyweight within a couple of months. That was a lot, especially for someone who didn’t have any weight to lose.

My heart rate was so low, my doctor said I couldn’t even go for a brisk walk or I could have gone into cardiac arrest.

I very very sick and hated everything about myself.

Through treatment, therapy, the support of loved ones, practice, falling down, getting back up, and lots of grace, I am now completely healed.

Now, a decade later, my life is night and day different from how it used to be.  

* I eat lots of amazing food to nourish my body - without guilt or fear.  
* I work out, not in compulsion, but because I love honoring my body and it makes me happy.
* I am confident, strong, and bold because I know my worth in this world.

Healing IS possible.

I have gained mental and physical strength because of my story and now I am stronger than ever.

Maybe your story isn’t severe as mine, but my guess is that in some way, shape, or form, you’ve struggled with body image, dieting, and either lack of motivation or compulsions with working out.

Relationship with food and exercise is complicated for so many people.

Though not everyone has an eating disorder, it can still feel hard to be at peace with your body and also have healthy consistency with nutrition and exercise.

I understand how hard it can be. I’ve been there too, but know that even through the highs and lows, creating a lifestyle that works for you is possible.

Be encouraged, because it’s not too late. You don’t have to live in this battle forever. With the right tools, support, and lots and lots of self-grace, you can create your balanced lifestyle.

Kelsey's experience has unlocked a niche serving the whole self for people who want to discover how nutrition, fitness, and mindset can all work together to create a healthy life in balance and freedom.  She specializes in helping people have a better relationship with food and exercise, which is often the missing link when trying to create a healthy lifestyle.

Kelsey has a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and is a Certified Fitness Trainer and Nutrition Coach.

Kelsey loves to travel and splits her time along the west coast with her husband, Dennis and their mini weiner dog, Lily.
